Three Sessions, One Household at a Time
Roundkin offers three formats designed for different needs and time commitments — each producing a tangible take-home result that your household keeps.

How Roundkin Runs Its Sessions
Every Roundkin session follows the same underlying structure: introduce the topic clearly, work through practical exercises with the participants, produce a physical output, and close by reviewing what has been built. No session ends without something the household can take away and use.
We do not use lecture-heavy formats. Facilitators guide rather than instruct, and participants are given time to apply ideas to their own household situation — not to a hypothetical one. This keeps the work grounded in what the family actually needs.
Materials are prepared for the Malaysian context. The Reference Binder structure, the conversation prompt categories, and the scanning checklists all reflect the kinds of records and communication patterns common to households in Penang and across Malaysia.

Workshop 02
Family Reference Binder Session
A session in which your household builds a shared reference binder — a printed folder listing where your records and contacts live. The session stays focused on labelling and reference structure, not on opinions about specific household matters. You leave with a working draft binder and a labelled cover sheet.
- Guided mapping of where household records currently live
- Labelling and tab-structure decisions made during the session
- Working draft binder built within the session
- Labelled cover sheet for quick household reference
